The Role 

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the development and delivery of paid media acquisition campaigns on behalf of international clients. You will own end-to-end projects from scoping, strategy, campaign management, and analysis, through to performance reporting.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced and adaptable professional to work across multiple clients globally, work with large budgets and in various different industries. The ideal person will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and proactively build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • You will develop and deliver paid media acquisition campaigns for a portfolio of key international clients;
  • You will lead campaigns on behalf of clients, from scoping, strategy development, day to day campaign management and performance reporting;
  • You will be responsible for multiple clients, ensuring all your accounts are serviced to the highest possible standard and the best outcome achieved for clients;
  • You will manage internal and external relationships superbly whilst also identifying new opportunities for growth across your portfolio of clients;
  • With an exceptional understanding of digital platforms utilized within a campaign structure, you will influence and identify improvements across the business enhancing both internal efficiencies and outputs for customers;
  • An inspiring and brilliant collaborator you will ensure seamless communication across internal teams at all levels maximizing the performance and output of all campaigns on behalf of clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience running paid media campaigns;
  • Confident using Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other third party paid media platforms;
  • Experience in using Google Data Studio and Google Tag Manager coupled with a good understanding of tag and pixel management;
  • A keen eye for detail including carrying out essential QA (Quality Assurance) on campaigns;
  • A curious and creative nature, encouraging internal teams and clients in the direction of enhanced service levels and product offerings;
  • Proven ability to oversee large client projects with multiple project tracks and teams while anticipating, and resolving any challenges effectively;
  • Exceptional communication skills, highly personable with impeccable attention to detail;
