Brian originally studied Events and Marketing. He was one of the rare recruiters who chose recruitment and fast forward nearly 4 years, he is now currently leading the digital team at Nine Twenty.

Brian has become extremely knowledgeable within his niche, undertaking certifications to understand his market in more depth. Brian has experience across numerous clients ranging from agency, ecommerce, private and public sector and has worked every level of role in digital. He has worked with large international businesses, helped build digital teams from scratch, guided his clients on everything from recruitment strategy, marketing team structure and growth through to benefit packages and employer branding.

Brian’s approach to recruitment is putting people first, whether that is client or candidate. This is something which trickles down into the team along with bucket loads of passion.
