This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join a brand-new, strategic growth marketing agency. Working across a wide range of industries, such as technology, renewables, construction and property, you’ll join us as we grow our portfolio.

The position is permanent and full-time, and you will report to our Client Services Director.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Create compelling email campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and scheduling.
  • Manage the end-to-end email marketing process, from conceptualisation to performance analysis.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to optimise email performance and continuously improve key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product teams, to ensure alignment and consistency across all email communications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Monitor and report on email marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

We’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in email marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Hubspot.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for email campaigns.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A passion for marketing and a results-driven mindset.
