The position is permanent and full-time, and you will report to our Client Services Director.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Create compelling email campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and scheduling.
- Manage the end-to-end email marketing process, from conceptualisation to performance analysis.
- Utilise data-driven insights to optimise email performance and continuously improve key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product teams, to ensure alignment and consistency across all email communications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Monitor and report on email marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
We’re looking for:
- Proven experience in email marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Hubspot.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for email campaigns.
- Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- A passion for marketing and a results-driven mindset.
