The Role:

As a Telemarketer, you'll play a vital role in generating new business while maintaining the company's values and contributing to its continued growth. If you're a dedicated, organized, and self-starting individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

The role will see you performing outreach strategies through various channels in order to reach new businesses and generate leads. This includes social media, email, phone and other forms of outreach. You’ll know the products and services inside-out, discussing problem areas with businesses and how the business can provide a solution.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through various method, including social media outreach, attending industry events, phone calls, and connecting with people.
  • Create different strategies for finding more customers and ensure goals for finding leads each month or quarter are being met.
  • Reach out to possible customers by calling, emailing, or messaging on social media to inform on offerings to generate interest.
  • Keep in touch with potential customers, talking to them regularly and following up to help them move closer to buying.
  • Work with the sales team to understand what makes a good lead, ensuring the right information is passed on that will lead to a closed sale.
  • Keep careful notes on all interactions with potential customers, using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about what's happening in the industry and what competitors are doing in order to find optimise opportunities for connecting with potential customers.

 

Requirements:

  • Background and track record in generating leads within a dynamic sales environment is preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Maintain a positive outlook, bouncing back from setbacks; showing eagerness, positivity, and a drive to succeed.
  • Take initiative and work independently, taking ownership of tasks.
  • Stay organised and prioritise tasks effectively, managing diverse demands.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Take a proactive approach, aiming to surpass targets consistently.
  • Experience with CRM or data tracking software.
  • Foster teamwork and motivation among team members.
