This role is a new addition to the business, that is suited for an Office Manager with excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail, the ability to work independently, and who is happy to help others. Currently, the business is working from home but they plan to move back to the office in the future... something you will take charge of.

Job Brief 

This role is for an experienced Office Manager that can help keep the company organized. – The ideal candidate will be someone who can develop office management and help control our documentation. They need someone who can develop, simplify, and control office management policies. The key purpose of this role is to organize the company's daily activities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Design and implement office management policies.
  • Establish, document, and implement office standards and procedures
  • Perform a Personal Assistant role for the C-Suite - CEO/COO/CFO/CTO including diary management, booking travel, assisting with organisation, and meeting/greeting visitors
  • Supporting other senior staff with organising travel, meetings, training, and diary management
  • Ensure standard templates are in place for all key document types
  • Design effective paper and electronic filing systems, ensuring they are up to date at all times
  • Ensure all incoming company correspondence (telephone calls, letters, emails) are processed appropriately.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new starts.
  • Help find, prepare for and run the physical office when the time comes.
  • Arranging meetings, and minute taking when required
  • Implementing documentation procedures to ensure a consistent brand approach across all customer-facing documentation.
  • Basic HR tasks
  • Preparation of Invoicing.
  • Communicating with shareholders
  • Other ad hoc tasks related to the smooth running of the business.

​​Requirements 

  • Have exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail with a desire to continually develop and improve processes
  • Possess analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Be competent in computer packages including Microsoft Office
  • Experience of being a Personal Assistant role for a C-Suite
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, anticipating the needs of the C-Suite and ensuring smooth operation of associated business activities
  • Experience of working with Xero, or similar

Other useful experience and skills

  • Experience in the I-Gaming industry.
