A fantastic opportunity has emerged with a leading Marketing and Communications Agency that is expanding across Scotland and works with lots of different companies across the globe including government, charities, academia and more. With a brand-new office situated right on the vibrant heart of the capital, they are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager specializing in B2B marketing.

As the ideal Marketing Manager, you will bring expertise in brand management, creative development, and executing multi-channel campaigns. Currently thriving in a Senior Account Manager or Account Director role within an agency or similar in-house position, you will possess a strategic mindset with a knack for hands-on implementation.

Your ability to grasp the broader strategic vision while also diving into the tactical execution will set you apart. Demonstrating strong commercial acumen, you will have a proven track record of confidently presenting innovative ideas with flair and conviction. The Role:

  • Dive deep into client briefs, understanding their market, competition, and goals.
  • Develop campaigns blending brand stories, compelling content, and striking visuals.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and creators across projects.
  • Monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments.
  • Build strong client relationships, offering strategic advice.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and pitch proposals to attract new clients.
  • Manage a variety of projects, from content development to event coordination.
  • Ensure campaigns meet client objectives and drive tangible results.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in similar roles, ideally in an agency environment with circa 5 years.
  • Experience leading on accounts, and experience having full autonomy on delivery of briefs.
  • Relevant qualifications in communication or marketing, preferably at degree level.
  • Hands-on experience in brand development and management, covering messaging to content delivery.
  • Proficiency in creating and supporting integrated multi-channel campaigns.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including persuasive presenting.
  • Collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at building client relationships.
