The Role
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Enterprise Applications vision. You will leverage your expertise in Dynamics 365 to design and implement solutions for clients in the Retail and Manufacturing industries.
Responsibilities
- Assess client business needs and challenges.
- Design and lead workshops to identify client requirements and drive digital transformation.
- Manage all aspects of the Dynamics 365 solution lifecycle, from pre-sales to post-implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Possess deep knowledge of the Dynamics 365 cloud platform.
- Conduct technical proof of concepts for complex situations.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Participate in business development activities.
- Mentor team members and share technical knowledge.
- Support project management in planning, estimations, and execution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in pre-sales activities, presentations, and proposal writing.
- Extensive expertise in configuring, customizing, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with various external systems.
- Experience working with Microsoft technology stack and build deployment automation.
