Nine Twenty are delighted to be recruiting a Warehouse Materials Coordinator to join a successful manufacturing business based in Glasgow on a full-time permanent basis.
Working within a Warehouse environment and utilising the movement of goods on ERP system, you will work closely the production and manufacturing teams ensuring and managing the accuracy of stock.
The Role:
- Liaising with various teams to ensure customer stocks are always kept up to date.
- Ensure all system work is completed
- Prepare and maintain monthly reports for customer and accounts purposes.
- Maintaining stock records in line with production activity.
- Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints.
We are looking for someone who has the following experience:
- Inventory Control experience in a manufacturing environment
- A proven background working to tight deadlines
- Ability to multitask is key for this role
- Strong Commercial and Business Awareness
- Excellent IT skills, Microsoft office applications and data handing experience
