Nine Twenty Technology is delighted to be working with an amazing and established ICT business, who are looking for a talented Tester to join their growing team in the Dunfermline area for a period of 3 months.
In this newly-created position our client is looking for a highly motivated testers with experience of testing mobile applications for a period of 3 months.

Tasks:
- Website functional testing
- Writing and Building of Automation Test Scripts for Website
- Linux command line instructions & scripts.
- Documentation.
Technical / Non Soft-Skills:
- Experience of MacOS / Linux Terminal
- Knowledge of JIRA
- Knowledge of Confluence
- A strong and demonstratable background in QA/Testing
- Experience of Ruby
- Experience of RSpec
- Experience of Selenium
- Experience of SQL (beneficial) – both in terms of pulling data from database table and also being comfortable running updates/deletes
- Knowledge of Bitbucket (beneficial)
Soft-Skills:
- Need to be a self-starter and self-motivated
- You need to be able to learn and adapt quickly
Other:
- Having a background in web site / GUI testing would be advantageous (i.e. they should ideally have an understanding of the complications and challenges faced in testing GUI’s across different configurations and devices)
