Key Responsibilities:
*Preparation of structural drawings and other technical documents for a variety of projects
*Prepare design calculations
*Conduct survey work and some on-site technical assessments
*Liaising with team members, contractors and clients during the design process to ensure budgetary and time constraints are met
Required:
*Possess a relevant qualification (HNC/HND, BEng etc)
*Structural experience in CAD (Essential)
*Knowledge of Sketch-Up and Revit
*Good verbal and written communication skills
*Experience in demolition (Highly-Desirable)
