· A solution designer with data architect and migration skills

· Capable however of still dealing in end-to-end solution design
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· A broad understanding of application and integration technologies combined with experience of 3rd party package or supplier integration projects.
· Self-motivated with a demonstrable track record of defining and delivering enterprise scale technology designs.
· Experience in designing end to end solutions, documenting them and working with delivery teams to drive them to fruition.
· Ability to verify that solutions from 3rd party providers meet technical, functional and quality requirements.
· The ability to work closely with analysts and business teams to bridge the gap between high level requirements and workable technology solutions.
· The ability to articulate proposed technology solutions and communicate benefits accurately and persuasively, reflecting the business interests or concerns.
· The ability to understand technology constraints and support business clients in understanding any requirements vs cost trade-offs.
· Successfully able to bring technology solutions through governance processes and peer reviews.
· Working knowledge of governance, risk and control techniques.
· Strong organisational, planning and interpersonal / relationship management skills.
· Able to demonstrate previous evidence of drive, energy, commitment and enthusiasm.
· Flexibility for occasion travel within the UK.
Financial Service/Investment Management experience is a nice-to-have but not essential.
