The successful candidate will be involved in the technical design, development, and implementation of web-based applications. As a Software Engineer, you will:
- Develop new product features
- Identify and resolve quality issues
- Handle product support requests.
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 1 +year's commercial experience in Software Development (Ideally Java or another object-oriented language) with an IT-related educational background. Please note, this is not an entry-level position.

Industry-specific:
- Java programming experience or similar OO language
- Understanding of object-oriented analysis
- Understanding of both web client-side and server-side development
- Experience of unit testing
- Experience in CLI, PowerShell and Python scripting
- Experience of version control systems e.g. Subversion, CVS, Git
- Software debugging experience
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
- Understanding of RDBMS such as SQL Server or MySQL
