Working in an agile environment, you will grow and develop the team, through excellent leadership and mentorship.
You will be responsible for the development and delivery of cutting-edge entertainment systems across the globe. This is a hands-on role in terms of architecture, people and process and we are looking for someone with a background in software development.
About you:
- A strong technical background in software engineering
- Previous experience of managing and/or leading an agile team of software engineers
- Previous experience of working in a product development environment
- A passion for motivating and empowering teams to achieve their potential
- An appreciation of how to build scalable and resilient products using cutting edge technologies
- Able to write and review code as needed, and provide technical direction to the group in all phases of development
