Nine Twenty Technology are delighted to be recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst in Glasgow for their global ICT service client.

What will you be doing?

You will be enabling key corporate priorities by controlling costs, enhancing operational efficiencies, ensuring regulatory compliance and mitigating security and financial risks.

Additionally, you will be managing IT software assets throughout their life cycle as well as ensuring that consistent operational processes are managed and maintained, thus ultimately helping the company making better business decisions and manage asset-related liabilities and risks.

Lastly, you will be offering ad hoc licensing reporting, assisting Microsoft ELP as well as Cloud-based and Subscription-based licensing.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • Experience of working on a Service Desk environment 
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills as well as excellent verbal and written communications
  • Previous experience with Data Analysis Experience 
  • Previous experience and strong understanding using Excel 
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications 
  • Proven customer support experience in a large IT service support environment
  • Experience/knowledge of Asset Management tools, such as SNOW, ServiceNow, FreshService, etc…


  • Experience/understanding of ITIL incident, problem, and configuration management 
  • Experience in software asset management 
  • Understanding of Service Level Agreements and their applications 
  • ITIL certification preferred
  • IT or business degree preferred
