An exciting opportunity to work on iconic expansion projects within a large industrial process plant in Girvan. This is an unusual role where you manage a multi-discipline project team who are looking after multiple projects from cradle to grave on a site where all types of engineering are happening.
Are you comfortable making decisions in a fast paced environment?
Have you experience in managing and leading a large team? Are you passionate about coaching and developing talent?
Managing multiple projects at any one time?
Do you have experience in working in a large industrial environment?
Are you comfortable with ATEX/DSEAR regulations?
This is a busy and fast paced role where you will be responsible for managing your own projects from start to finish (procurement, contract management, contractor management, design, install, commission) as well as managing a team of project engineers and ensuring they are motivated and developed to get the best from their career.
Because this is a technical role, it is required that you come from a chemical process engineering background and have extensive experience in people management and project management.
