The Role:
The successful candidate will deliver end to end Business Central solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Scope small change to BC functionality to identify where clients need to extend functionality of the standard application
- Carry out essential project tasks such as GAP analysis, effective product handovers and signing-off project milestones, verifying that configuration is appropriate based on client requirements and expectations
- Work both independently and with other members of the consultancy team, feeding back client information to ensure excellent customer service
- Participating in creating internal documentation
- Generating marketing content
- Being involved in continuous and process improvement across the team
- Line management/mentoring of team members.
Requirements:
- You will have completed multiple new end to end Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC implementations.
- Experience of gathering and documenting customer requirements and relating them to the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC
- MB-800 certification preferred
- Experience with ISV products such as Jet Reports and Continia preferred.
- Exposure to financial systems and methodologies
- Data migration experience
- Knowledge of business processes
- Strong commercial awareness
- Good knowledge and ability to demonstrate functionality
- Consulting and customer facing experience
- The ability to deliver training sessions on a one to one or group basis
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to strict deadlines
