Do you have experience working within a Technical/Quality function within a fast paced manufacturing environment? Do you have experience in developing Quality Management Systems? Do you have at least 3 years experience within a food or drink Manufacturing environment?
Nine Twenty are assisting our client in their need for a Quality Compliance Assistant to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting & developing the QMS (Quality Management System) and provide technical support to the Quality function.
Main responsibilities:
- Management of QMS System
- Be involved in Improvement Projects
- Conduct Internal and External audits
- Liaise with third party auditors and customers
- Provide Quality support guidance on internal and external accreditation standards
- Conduct investigations into issues and non-conformances, identifying root causes and putting in place corrective and preventative actions
- Provide support to packaging QC activities
- Build effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Support quality training initiatives
Skills required:
- BSc Food Bioscience or equivalent
- 3 years experience in food/drink manufacturing environment
- Experienced in the use of SAP ERP system
- HACCP and Internal Audit trained/experience would be advantageous
- A motivated self starter with a methodical approach.
