As a team Leader, you will be responsible for the effective day to day operation of a team of QA engineers driving, developing, and executing the QA strategy for each release.

For this role, you must have relevant leadership experience leading QA individuals and team:

Must be proficient with quality assurance processes with a clear understanding of leading QA resources involved in both manual and automated practices.

Preferred to have some scripting experience if not coding.

Knowledge of SQL databases and client server environments
-
Experience with TDD and/or BDD
-
Either hands on experience or experience managing automation.

Has ability to understand the underlying software components and technologies of the product or feature in which automated tests are supporting
