About the Company
This is a fast-growing B2B tech business with a commercial, high-autonomy culture and serious ambitions for growth. They operate in a competitive technology space and are investing in building out a mature marketing function, moving away from agency reliance towards an in-house team that owns strategy, messaging and pipeline. It's a business where practical experience and proactive attitude count for more than tenure, and where marketers have real visibility and genuine impact.

About the Job
This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing and sales. You'll own the product marketing function, developing compelling positioning and messaging, building out go-to-market strategies, and ensuring the sales team are equipped with the tools and content they need to win. You'll work closely with product, sales and the broader marketing team to translate technical capability into clear, commercially relevant narratives that resonate with target buyers.

Day to day you'll be developing and maintaining product messaging frameworks, creating sales enablement materials, conducting competitor and market research, supporting product launches, and contributing to campaign strategy. It's a hands-on role with real ownership, you'll be shaping how the business and its products are positioned in the market.

About the Candidate
You'll have proven product marketing experience in a B2B environment, ideally within tech, SaaS, IoT or cybersecurity. You'll be a strong communicator with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for different audiences. Commercially minded, analytically strong, and confident working cross-functionally with product and sales teams. You'll thrive in a high-autonomy environment, take ownership without being pushed, and bring a proactive, opinionated approach to your work. This isn't a role for someone who prefers to wait for direction, it suits a self-starter who's ready to build something.
