SmartSTEMs
Our support for SmartSTEMs reflects our commitment to future generations. Through school engagement and STEM-related activities, we help introduce young people to the possibilities available through science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
By connecting education with the industry, we can help young people explore new interests, understand potential career paths and develop confidence in the opportunities available to them.
Making an impact together
Our charity and community activities are shaped by our team. We encourage colleague to nominate causes close to their heart, suggest fundraising ideas and take an active role in each quarterly initiative.
This creates opportunities for our people to work together outside their usual roles, strengthen relationships and use their collective energy to support something meaningful.
We also value the involvement of our clients, candidates and industry partners. By using the reach of our wider network, we can bring more attention to important causes, encourage greater participation and increase the impact of each initiative.
People at the heart of what we do
Recruitment is ultimately about people—their ambitions, challenges, families and communities. That same belief shapes our approach to charity and community involvement.
Whether we are fundraising, volunteering, supporting schools or raising awareness, our goal is to contribute in a practical and positive way.
We are proud of the causes we support, grateful to everyone who gets involved and committed to continuing our quarterly charity programme as part of the Nine Twenty culture.
