Power Platform Developer
Remote | UK | Full-Time
About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing Microsoft Partner operating at the forefront of AI enablement and intelligent business transformation. They work with enterprise clients across the UK to deploy practical AI solutions, build internal capability, and drive measurable business outcomes across the full Microsoft AI stack. As they continue to scale their delivery function, they are looking for a Power Platform Developer to join the team and play a key role in building and shipping AI-enabled solutions for clients across a range of sectors.
This is a hands-on delivery role where you will design, develop and deploy solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI, working alongside consultants, architects and AI specialists to turn client requirements into production-ready tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse to meet client business requirements.
- Build and configure automated workflows that integrate Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and third-party systems via APIs and connectors.
- Work with project teams to gather requirements, define technical approaches and translate business needs into practical platform solutions.
- Develop and extend Copilot Studio agents and AI-powered workflows that integrate with the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
- Conduct testing, quality assurance and performance optimisation of Power Platform solutions prior to deployment.
- Support client adoption through documentation, training materials and handover activity.
- Contribute to internal delivery frameworks, accelerators and reusable component libraries.
- Stay current with Microsoft platform updates, new features and evolving best practices within the Power Platform and Copilot ecosystem.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable hands-on experience building solutions across Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven), Power Automate and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of Dataverse, data modelling and Power Platform governance and security.
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services, Azure and external systems via REST APIs and custom connectors.
- Familiarity with Copilot Studio or AI Builder would be a strong advantage.
- Understanding of ALM practices including solution management, environment strategy and deployment pipelines.
- Comfortable working in a client-facing, project-based environment with multiple concurrent deliverables.
What We're Looking For
- A delivery-focused developer who takes pride in shipping solutions that work in the real world, not just in demos.
- A strong communicator who can engage confidently with both technical colleagues and non-technical client stakeholders.
- Someone who is genuinely curious about AI and how the Microsoft ecosystem is evolving, with a desire to grow their skills in Copilot and agent-based delivery.
- Organised and self-sufficient, with the ability to manage their own workload and contribute effectively within a fast-moving, fully remote consultancy environment.
- A collaborative team player who is comfortable sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
Desirable Skills & Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-400 or PL-600.
- Experience with Azure services including Logic Apps, Azure Functions or Azure OpenAI.
- Exposure to Dynamics 365 and its integration with the Power Platform.
- Background in software development with knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript or C#.
- Experience working within an AI consultancy, Microsoft Partner or managed service environment.
