We are delighted to be working with our prestigious Drinks client who are on the look out for a New Make, Mature Spirit & Wood Planner/Scheduler to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
Responsibilities of the role but not limited to:
- To plan fillings in line with Quality Policy requirements
- To plan Mature Spirit tipping for over a 13 week horizon ensuring all customer orders are met
- To produce a 7 day rolling plan for filling and tipping line
- To collaborate with all internal customers to identify and mitigate risks and identify opportunities
- To process cask repatriation in line with Whisky stocks strategy
- Plan replenishment of core spirits
- Plan & execute wood requirements
- Plan weekly tanker and cask filling
- Conduct daily review meetings
- Support supply chain KPI's
- Support continuous improvement activity
- Process cask repatriation in line with Whisky stocks
Skills required
- Educated to degree level in maths or science
- Understanding of full supply chain processes and procedures within an FMCG environment
- Ability to analyse and interpret data
- PC Literate
- Continuous improvement experience
