Nine Twenty Finance are delighted to be assisting a global business based in Falkirk to appoint a new Payroll & Invoicing Assistant to their happy and sociable team!
A bit of background:
The team are a busy one, they all get on well and work hard. They are needing an extra pair of hands to help out with the workload. We are looking for someone with a strong administrative background and exposure to Payroll along with invoicing.
Some of the duties:
- Importing data/timesheets onto the system
- Running multiple payrolls weekly and monthly
- Producing reports
- Checking invoices and inputting onto system
The must haves:
- Experience working in Payroll
- A strong admin background
- Experience of invoicing
