Nine Twenty Finance are delighted to be working in partnership with one of the UK's Top 10 Accountancy Firms based in Glasgow City Centre. Together, we are looking to appoint a new Payroll Assistant to their happy, sociable and long standing team!
The reason for this vacancy is multiple internal promotions, the firm are big believers in organic growth and support individuals to "fast track" their careers. As such, we have a few people moving up the ladder and a few vacancies to fill.
This role would be perfect for someone who.....
- Has experience processing multiple payrolls end to end within a bureau environment/chartered accountancy firm
- Is confident in carrying out manual payroll calculations
- Has a sound knowledge of auto-enrolment administration
- Has the ability to carry out payroll reconciliations and analysis
- Is able to communicate effectively with HMRC
- Capable of building and maintaining client relationships
- Is confident in using Microsoft Excel
