Nine Twenty Technology are delighted to be working with our client to assist in the recruitment of a Payroll / Bookkeeper based in Prestwick.
The Company;
Our client is a modern accountancy practice with expertise across a wide variety of industry sectors. They are always looking ahead using the latest online accounting software and technology to create an accountancy practice that is a privilege to be part of – for both their staff and clients – and that provides the very best advice.
With two offices one in Glasgow and one in prestwick they are keen to add another member to their Prestwick team.
Successful candidates will have the following experience;
- Payroll Experience is essential
- Practice Experience is essential
- Bookkeeping with Xero knowledge and experience is essential,
- Sage experience is essential
- Accounts trial balance for Accountant to complete year ends & Management Accounts
- Excellent telephone manner is essential
- The ability to prioritise workloads as you will be bookkeeping for around 10/15 clients
- Attending client meetings
- PC Skills
You must be able to communicate at all levels unfortunately be able to organise and prioritise your workloads.

Please note that the practice busy periods of time are April / July and August so a maximum of 2 weeks holiday can be taken at a time.
