Nine Twenty Technology is recruiting a Paid Media Consultant for our Edinburgh based digital client.

Our client is a full-service digital marketing agency offering bespoke digital solutions to their client base using the latest technologies. The business group consists of over 400 members of staff globally across Europe and North America, including an office in Edinburgh.

The role will operate on both a strategic and tactical level, taking ownership of multiple paid media marketing results for clients, delivering campaigns across multiple channels including search and display.  

The successful candidate will be an essential member of the paid media team valued both by clients for your results and internally for their skills, expertise and development. This position will work closely with internal teams and suppliers in the research, development, implementation and management of paid media campaigns that deliver against client objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • To develop and drive paid media strategies across client accounts to deliver exceptional results
  • Maintain client accounts to an excellent standard, ensuring budgets are utilised effectively. This includes building new campaigns, budget management, ongoing optimisation and testing new channels
  • Find opportunities to assess other new potential channels to overachieve on client objectives
  • Assist with the new business sales funnel and support with pitches and paid media strategy
  • MI reports including but not limited to revenue targets, forecasting, resource and industry updates as well as performance insights
  • Prepare and lead client calls/meetings in relation to paid media
  • Proactively stay ahead of paid media industry trends and updates and be able to share key knowledge within the company
  • Proposal creation for clients showing clear value propositions and costs of undertaking activity

 

Personal Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience working in a biddable media environment, managing complex, results-driven projects with significant budgets across different networks
  • Adwords knowledge is essential
  • Experience or a working knowledge of YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and other biddable media platforms
  • Double Click knowledge and experience(Advantageous but not essential)
  • A true passion for paid media to drive forward innovation, strive for the highest of standards and increased both your knowledge and that of the team through an enthusiastic approach.
  • Forecasting skills to support data driven marketing and provide recommendations
  • Strong communication and influencing skills for use both internally and externally
  • Excellent time management skill and ability to organise own diary effectively
  • Strong commitment to deliver first-class work every time with a huge focus on quality
  • Diligence and attention to detail in optimisation and reporting
