We are working with our well known Drinks Manufacturer in their need for an Operational Excellence Leader to come and join their management team reporting directly to the Group Manufacturing Manager into this newly created role. As an OPEX Lead you will collaborate with the Manufacturing Team and implement an Operational Excellence Process and to champion & lead all Continuous Improvement throughout the Manufacturing Operations.
You will have the autonomy to work within a busy role and drive them through a journey of change, you will work within a diverse team, collaborate & bring & apply fresh ideas.
You will be joining a thriving sustainable business with huge demand who are going through significant investment and working towards Net Zero Carbon.
This role covers across 4 key functions:
- Operational Excellence
- Equipment Effectiveness
- Continuous Improvement
- People
The perfect candidate:
- Knowledge & experience in driving best practice Operations Management
- Proven operational leadership & influencing ability
- Some forms of Health & Safety Qualifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH is beneficial
- Project Management experience is beneficial
- Best practice operations management experience
- Operational excellence methodology
- Able to develop, plan & deliver
- Able to build relationships & have a strong communication style with strong influencing capabilities
- Change management experience would be ideal
