As a crucial member of the NPD Project Delivery Team, you'll spearhead the coordination and development of projects from inception to delivery. Your role is pivotal in managing product and packaging introductions, ensuring meticulous material development, and adhering to project timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities include:
- Leading NPD processes and component development throughout the supply chain.
- Crafting comprehensive Bills of Materials.
- Strategizing and executing packaging change projects.
- Collaborating with purchasing and suppliers to develop packaging components.
Skills required:
- Proven experience in a packaging development role, other industries considered.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of print processes, artwork, and structural packaging development.
- Ambitious with a track record of managing multiple projects concurrently.
