MorphCostumes is a £42m business with more than 1,200 costume designs, selling on Amazon in 12 countries and stocked by Target and Walmart in the US. They are still independent, still founder-led and still don't take themselves too seriously. What they do take seriously, is their growth plans.
The role: You'll own the front end of our new product development process: finding the best product opportunities, proving the demand is real, working out exactly how they make a better product than what's already on the market, and building the commercial case to launch. You'll work through a structured pipeline of opportunities batch by batch, turn each strong one into a clear brief for our design team, and pitch it to senior management for sign-off. It's an analytical, commercial and creative role in equal measure, with real ownership and visible impact on the business from day one.
You'll love this opportunity if you:
-
Have serious drive and want to be given real responsibility early
-
Can prove you take ownership: you've owned a project, target or outcome yourself and seen it through
-
Operate with discipline: you plan well, stay organised and deliver on what you commit to
-
Can point to something you've changed, built or improved, whether in a job, a sports team or a society
Why join? You'll learn directly from a founder who built a global brand from scratch, in a fast-moving team where your impact shows up in the numbers.
