Nine Twenty have partnered with a huge name in the Drinks Industry and we are on the hunt for an IT Business Analyst to complete a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. 

Overall purpose of Role

To document and identify process improvement opportunities with a focus on maximising the functionality provided by our key software applications e.g., DRAMs, Amber, Flowlog and create a site wide integrated software management solution. Project managing the agreed process changes and embedding them within the business and with suppliers, supporting key stakeholders and super users.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify business process improvement opportunities in relation to business priorities and facilitate subsequent re-engineering
  • Ensure stakeholders are clear on the approach and expected outcomes of the Business Analysis activities that they will receive
  • Drives the creation of a complete business process model for NBD resulting in a comprehensive catalogue of processes across the supply chain
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to be able to negotiate and influence the delivery of business change
  • Manage stakeholder engagement to ensure all stakeholder needs and views are identified and to gain their commitment for change
  • Manage the implementation of the agreed changes through a project governance model. Ensuring that all changes meet the necessary Company health and safety requirements, complying with current legislation to maintain a safe working environment for employees
  • As part of delivering a business process model define the master data model
  • Embed the process changes through education and awareness and by the introduction of super users to ensure on-going support / improvements
  • To initiate and formulate the project definition in close co-operation with the business to aid decision making and approval for change
  • Support the development of robust business cases for change through benefits identification, measurement, and tracking
  • Manage projects to ensure delivery of the processes and process changes in line with agreed timescales, costs, and quality objectives
  • Plan project stages and activities to ensure project schedules are robust and timescales are achievable. Including risk and issue management

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Degree level qualification 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Analysis/ Project Management
  • Track record in managing process changes into an organisation
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to communicate solutions and implications effectively and simply in business language 
  • Self-directed and focused 
  • Good financial management skills to deliver business cases
  • Internal Partner Management expertise 
  • Maintains a holistic business perspective
  • Builds and sustains relationship across the business
  • Ability to manage external partners including negotiating skills
  • Change management, planning, execution, monitoring, delivering through others

Desirable:

  • Business Analysis Diploma
  • Accredited qualification in Project Management
  • Facilitation and workshop management execution experience
  • LEAN experience
  • Experience in the use of a process modelling solution e.g., Visio, ARIS etc.​
