Graduate Technical Consultant
Nine Twenty Technology are delighted to assist in the recruitment of a Graduate Technical Consultant for our innovative and market-leading software client based in Glasgow City Centre.
We are seeking a Solutions Consultant join a successful team and make a significant contribution to the future of the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a variety of professional services including SME, custom developments and pre-sales demonstrations.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide support, including pre-sales support, to clients via WebEx, email ticketing system, instant chat, face-to-face and over the telephone
- Provide valuable training and SME on company products and industry standards to current, potential or new clients
- Develop innovative, practical and appropriate bespoke solutions for professional services projects
- Develop a clear understanding of the technology, standards and process.
Ideal candidate - what are we looking for?
- Qualification in software engineering, computer science or equivalent
- Strong and confident communicator - written and verbal
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Previous experience in XML or XSLT (highly advantageous but not required)
