We are working exclusively with our long standing client who are an established manufacturing organisation on the outskirts of Glasgow and they are seeking someone to join their continuous improvement team on a permanent basis.
This is a lovely role that requires you to work across various departments within the business including production, engineering, quality and technical. This means that they are looking for someone with good people skills who is able to build relationships across departments, who can look at problems and how to solve them and work with the teams to make things better. This would suit someone who has an engineering mind set (chemical or mechanical Degree would be great) but it is not a must! What is a must is that you have worked in a problem solving role before in a manufacturing environment and can work well with others to take problems forward.
