Nine Twenty are currently recruiting for a German and English speaking Customer Service Advisor for our Blantyre based client.
Our client is looking to add a German and English speaker with Customer Service and Order Processing experience to their team, in order to facilitate their ongoing expansion.
The main responsibilities for this role are as follows:
- Process new orders and product inquiries from German speaking customers
- Deal with complaint issues where required
- Daily order administration, use of company invoicing system (training provided)
- Ability to handle relatively high volume of incoming/ outgoing calls
- Provide an exceptionally high level of service, acting as a representative of the company
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Customer service background
- Fluent German speaker
- Fluent English speaker
