Facilities Team Lead

Nine Twenty are supporting our client, an innovative and rapidly expanding manufacturing organisation, in seeking a Facilities Team Lead. You will have overall responsibility for all building and site facilities, planned, preventive and ad-hoc maintenance. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe, operationally capable and always visit ready.
The Role:
- Assures prompt response by other team members and selected contractors.
- Provides professional support on site or at remote sites.
- Working knowledge of liquid transfer pumps and associated equipment
- Promotes a team working environment together with other Facilities professionals by performing the prescribed duties personally or in conjunction with other members of the team.
- Ensures compliance with the HSE standards, policies and procedures
- Maintains overall responsibility for ensuring all building ,service and inspection documents are accurately filed in the relevant recording system
Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:

COMAH and ATEX control management onsite.

Identify improvements, generate CAPEX applications and present to senior management for consideration.

Planning and coordinating all installations, refurbishments and facilities related CAPEX projects.

Inspecting buildings structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations and arranging same with relevant contractors.
