Facilities and Maintenance Team Lead

Responsibilities
• Reporting to the Facilities and Maintenance Manager
• Assisting with the supervision of department-wide maintenance and defect repair planning activities
• Assisting with departmental training planning and critical document control
• Supervising the Engineering materials, including auditing stock levels and reporting stock values
• Supervising regulatory maintenance requirements such as pressure systems, emergency lighting, electrical safety of buildings and facilities, LOLER/ FLT/ MEWP ect.
• Providing “surge” assistance to production areas and production technician absence cover
• Supervising Engineering technicians and assistant technicians in the facilities team
• Providing Engineering support to the DAF plant
• Supervising contractors, especially in the delivery of plumbing, joinery and maintenance support
• Supervising the fire alarm system Engineering support
• Supervising/ overseeing facilities spares, including ordering spares as required
