Our Glasgow-based Manufacturing client are looking to grow their estimating team to assist with upcoming projects and increasing workload. This individual should have be numerically skillful and eager to learn and grow with the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
*Advise on new and existing job estimations
*Work closely with customer services to provide production estimates to agreed timescales
*Monitor raw materials prices and keep up to date
*Pinpoint areas where margins and efficiencies can be bettered
*KPI management and monitoring
Person Specification:
*Professional experience in a manufacturing environment
*Have an understanding of manufacturing processes
*Strong numerical and interpersonal skills to maintain departmental relationships
*IT literate
*Reactive individual able to adapt to change of a daily basis
