A Key Microsoft Gold Partner has a vacancy available for an experienced Dynamics 365 Support Analyst to come onboard and join their expanding team.
They are one of the most instantly recognisable Microsoft Partners on the market now and are involved in some of the biggest international implementation projects and have a strong pipeline heading into summer 2021.
They are looking to hire an experienced Dynamics 365 Support Analyst with a couple years’ experience, supporting a range of external customers. This role will primarily work to support end clients, ensure documentation is updated and aligned to product updates.

Essential:
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365
- Experience of providing user support on all issues via phone, email, and ticketing
- Monitor support dashboards and upgrade where required
- Application support - troubleshoot and maintain the application systems in different environments (Dynamics 365)
- Responsible for the delivery, support for the Microsoft Dynamics and Power platforms.
- Responsible for providing the highest levels of customer and technical support, ensuring absolute minimal disruption to service.
- Experience of User Acceptance testing

- Experience of supporting Power Platform
- Knowledge of Portals
