Nine Twenty Engineering & Manufacturing are delighted to be working with our Drinks Manufacturing client who are on the look out for a Customer Services Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be involved in providing operational support to the Customer Service Manager in their customer service projects. You will be heavily involved with the management of customers orders, shipments and associated commercial activities. You will be involved with the decisions in relating to despatch, logistics and order management. You will be liaising closely with Sales, Marketing and Production to ensure a smooth customer service from order to delivery. Dealing with internal and external customers, problem solving and some business travel will be required.
Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders
- Management and coordination of stock requirements
- Processing customer complaints
- Handling forecasts, stock depletion rates, marketing & product information
- Preparation of export documentation in line with HMRC/Chamber of Commerce/Embassy Guidelines
- Manage pallet ordering and inventory and support NPD with CAPE pallet proposals
- Ensure accuracy of data managed through SAP ERP system
- Support the Customer Services Manager in the use of monthly phased budget platform to monitor allocations, inventory trends and forecast adjustments
- Monthly KPI Reporting
- Assist with CRM training
- Provide reporting and auditing assistance
Skills required
- 5 years experience working in a Customer Service based role
- Team Leader experience
- Language skills (Spanish would be an advantage)
- Previous experience in the Whisky or Drinks industry would be an advantage
- SAP or other ERP experience
