CUSTOMER ORDER SPECIALIST

Nine Twenty Recruitment are supporting our Manufacturing client who are looking for a Supply Chain and Customer Order Specialist to join their team.
You will be responsible for prioritising and processing customer orders whilst providing support. It is a dynamic environment where the ability to react to customer demands is key.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prioritise and process customer orders and requests
- Processing customer orders & overseeing the supplier order process
- Ensuring quality, service and delivery
- Purchase order entry and processing
- Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records
- Support Sales and Design Team
- Work closely with key suppliers
Experience and Skills:
- Team player with the ability to handle high workload and work well in a busy environment
- Methodical with a high attention to detail
- Able to work with suppliers
- Experienced in office administration
- Excellent communication
- Adaptable in a changing environment
