My client, a very interesting start-up technology company in Glasgow is looking to grow their commercial team by adding an experienced Customer Engagement Manager.
As a Customer Engagement Manager, a typical day might include the following:
- Pour yourself a fresh cup of coffee and a biscuit to review the numbers of the month.
- Where are we now vs target? Based on these numbers, what is the focus for the day?
- Spend your morning reaching out to targeted prospects, pitching value to our qualified leads, arranging demonstrations of our products.
- Enjoy your lunch while hearing from a fellow employee about a topic of interest
- Spend the afternoon making demonstrations, guiding our prospects through the pipeline - and closing deals!
- Finish the day by reviewing the key metrics to improve the sales process
- … and never forget to celebrate our success with the rest of the team!
