Nine Twenty Technology are delighted to be recruiting for a CRM Project Manager in the heart of Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity to be responsible for the sourcing and delivery of a new CRM system within the organisation. The right candidate for this role will be hands on during the implementation and setup of the new system.
Role and responsibility:
- Project manage the project from initiation through to go live
- Ensure business requirements are fully documented
- Collate business requirements and agree the scope with key stakeholders
- Manage the tendering process
- To work closely with the key project stakeholders
- To be involved in contracting the suppliers services both in the delivery of the project and the longer-term support of the project.
- Ensure the new system is compliant with GDPR
- Manage the development and configuration of the system based on requirements
- Manage UAT Testing
Required Experience:
- Experience leading and managing the delivery of IT projects within an enterprise environment
- 5 years project management experience
- Prince 2 and Agile methodologies
- MS Project and Project Online
- Understanding of change impact and business readiness and adoption management
- Experience of delivering IT change across an entire organisation
- Understanding of test planning and execution
- Ability to work with professionals with differing disciplinary backgrounds
- Ability to challenge and document rationale for key decisions
Desirable
- Enterprise Architecture and solution design
- Experience of integrating systems
- Experience of implementing a Dynamics CRM project
