Nine Twenty are proud to be partnering with the UK’s industry leader in the development of insolvency software solutions. To support their growth plans and strategic initiatives, we are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their sales team.

 

Our client is a well-established company with a rich history spanning over four decades. Currently undergoing a significant transformation, with the introduction of a revolutionary cloud platform that has disrupted the insolvency market. You will be responsible for upselling the new product to existing customers and managing the relationship amongst SME clients.

 

The Role

As an Account Executive, you'll be a key player in executing sales strategies and driving growth for the business. Your dynamic role involves converting existing client packages to new product offerings, managing relationships, leading sales campaigns, and showcasing cutting-edge products through engaging demos, all while actively promoting partner products for a comprehensive client solution.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial Director, playing a pivotal role in executing dynamic sales strategies and achieving ambitious growth plans.
  • Take the lead in converting existing client base to the new Cloud platform.
  • Own the CRM, ensuring its effectiveness, and work hand-in-hand with the marketing team to optimise the system where possible.
  • Drive and participate in compelling sales campaigns, showcasing the innovation of IPS Cloud, partner products, services, and engaging webinars.
  • Seize new business opportunities emerging from digital inbound channels, demonstrating agility and responsiveness in managing these prospects.
  • Foster strong relationships with our current client base through regular check-ins, ensuring a positive client experience and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to fine-tune and enhance our sales processes, staying ahead in the dynamic landscape of technology solutions.
  • Showcase our cutting-edge products through high-energy, 20-minute introductory sales demos to both prospects and existing clients.
  • Keep abreast of the latest product developments and passionately communicate these advancements to our valued client base.

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in a B2B sales-based role e.g. lead generation, account management (preferably in the cloud services or technology sector).
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in presenting product details persuasively throughout sales interactions.
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferable.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, IPS Cloud services, and partner products is an advantage.
