The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge within IT technologies, including the Microsoft platform and applications, with proven experience of working with Active Directory. A sound understanding of infrastructure technology including servers, databases and networks are fundamental for this role.

Responsibilities/Accountability:
- 1st line support, for Desktop (troubleshoot, diagnosis and incidents).
- Customer focused.
- Industry certified.
- Call resolutions, technical support.
- Internal and external support queries.
- Create and maintain client accounts via Active Directory.
Skills/Experience
- Proven track record of delivering within a service desk environment.
- Understanding of ITIL and process.
- Service Management methodology knowledge.
- Interest in Incident and Problem Management.
Qualification/Certification requirements
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Technical qualifications.
- 2 years work experience.
