The Role  

We’re looking for a Visual Designer with strong branding instincts and a sharp eye for marketing design — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ideas-driven environment. This role focuses on designing high-quality branded assets and visuals for client-facing materials, organic and paid social campaigns, and promotional materials. You will also work closely with our Design Manager to enable brand consistency and visual planning and collaborate with designers and artists to create memorable visual identities, and game brands.  

You’ll play a key role in shaping how our games are perceived by users across multiple touchpoints and create assets that not only look great but perform well. You’ll also support internal teams with presentations, branding tools, and visual polish, helping maintain visual consistency across the company.

What you’ll be doing  

  • Designing on-brand visual assets for sales, marketing, and partner materials (pitch decks, game sheets, social posts and carousels)  

  • Creating and evolving branding for our casino games and product families across global markets  

  • Developing toolkits and visual systems for internal and external use (logos, UI skins, brand guidelines, asset templates)  

  • Supporting marketing and sales teams with performance-ready visuals: game cards, banners, landing pages, etc.  

  • Working with the Design Manager to support internal brand consistency across all departments  

  • Collaborating with game artists, developers, and researchers to shape product branding that resonates with players and drives results  

  • Producing high-quality assets for social, CRM, and promotional use — with an emphasis on engagement, usability and accessibility  

  • Using player insights and performance data to inform design choices and optimise visual direction  

  • Ensuring compliance with industry specific regulatory guidelines across visual channels  

  • Keeping up to date with visual trends in the iGaming space and broader entertainment markets and design industry  

What we’re looking for  

Essential:  

  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital branding and marketing design (preferably with work in games, entertainment or tech)  

  • Experience designing for digital platforms, social media and print  

  • An understanding of social analytics and experience progressively improving engagement across platforms using strategic design adaptations  

  • Excellent visual storytelling skills with a good understanding of brand systems and how to adapt them across channels  

  • Strong experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma  

  • Understanding of responsive design principles and creating assets for multiple screen sizes/formats  

  • Ability to follow and extend brand guidelines, with a strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, and composition  

  • Organised and process-driven, able to manage multiple requests and balance quality with speed  

  • Experience working cross-functionally — especially with sales, marketing, or product teams  

  • A positive, solution-driven mindset with high attention to detail and the drive for growth  

Desired:  

  • Previous experience in the mobile gaming or iGaming industry  

  • Some experience in motion graphics or video creation (After Effects, Premiere Pro etc.) or interest in learning  

  • Exposure to data-informed design processes  

  • Familiarity with localisation practices for international markets
