The Role:

The agency is looking for an experienced SEO specialist to join their SEO team during an exciting period of growth in their SEO team. This role offers the opportunity to work with teams of specialists to create 360 digital strategies, ensuring growth for their clients; so, it is important to understand how SEO works in conjunction with the wider digital marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a loyal client base by managing accounts and client communication.
  • Develop effective SEO strategies for clients.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to uncover performance gaps and opportunities, such as website audits and keyword research, for both B2B and B2C clients.
  • Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Present strategy plans to clients in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Shape content strategies using competitive analysis, SEO research, trends, and insights.
  • Monitor, analyze, and provide performance reports.
  • Utilize digital tracking tools to offer insights, performance data, and analysis to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with other specialist teams to ensure a unified digital approach for clients, encompassing both paid and organic activities.
  • Pursue SEO-related business prospects and identify growth potential for current clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on SEO specialist experience in agency.
  • Proficient in strategic and operational SEO management, including content, on-site, and tactical strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing core SEO best practices and running effective campaigns.
  • Familiarity with essential SEO tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics 4 and other analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of various Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying strategy plans clearly to clients, colleagues, and external agencies.
  • Structured approach to developing and communicating SEO strategies, coupled with a data-driven mindset.
