Project Manager – AI & Microsoft Solutions
Location: Glasgow / Hybrid / Remote
Salary: £45,000 – £75,000
We’re working with a fast-growing AI consultancy and Microsoft Partner delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions to financial services clients. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a Project Manager to lead multiple AI programmes from proof of concept through to production.
This is not traditional project management. You’ll be operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where ambiguity is common and strong stakeholder engagement is critical.
The Role
- Manage multiple concurrent AI projects and workstreams
- Coordinate stakeholders across clients and delivery teams
- Proactively identify and remove blockers to delivery
- Manage RAID and ensure effective governance and reporting
- Track project performance, including AI-specific metrics and costs
- Support smooth transition from PoC to production
What We’re Looking For
- Strong project management experience across multiple projects or programmes
- Excellent stakeholder communication and engagement skills
- Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Proactive, organised, and calm under pressure
- Commercial awareness, including budget and cost management
