Internal Account Manager – DART Tool Group
Location: Kirkcaldy, Scotland (5 days in office)
Salary: £32,000 – £38,000 DOE + uncapped commission

DART Tool Group is a UK-based manufacturer and supplier of premium cutting tools drill bits, holesaws, screwdriver bits and more. Trusted by trade professionals and stockists across the country. From our base in Kirkcaldy, we supply independent merchants, buying groups and national chains, and we're serious about doing it better than anyone else.
The Role
This is a phone first sales role with real earning potential. You'll own a portfolio of existing accounts growing spend, spotting gaps, and keeping relationships strong. You'll also re-engage lapsed customers and qualify new leads to hand off to the external team, ready to close.
No cold calling from scratch. Plenty of warm accounts to work. Your success comes from knowing your customers, staying consistent, and turning everyday conversations into commercial results.
