Client Success Manager | Glasgow | Hybrid | Up to £45,000
Are you a natural relationship builder with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences?
I am looking for a driven and proactive Client Success Manager to join my client's growing team in Glasgow. This is a high-impact, strategic role where you'll own the full client lifecycle, from onboarding through to retention and growth, making sure customers get maximum value at every stage.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading strategic quarterly business reviews with senior stakeholders
- Building and managing long-term client partnerships
- Spotting risks early and turning feedback into meaningful action
- Collaborating across teams to deliver a consistently outstanding client experience
- Supporting renewals, account growth and commercial objectives
What I am looking for:
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally within tech or a service-led environment
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive solutions-focused mindset
- Confident working with data and presenting to senior audiences
The package:
Hybrid, 3 days in office and 2 from home, Glasgow city centre, up to £45,000 base salary.
