CRM Executive - Edinburgh/Midlothian

CRM Executive

£30,000 - £32,000

About the Company This Scottish Law Practice has a genuine commitment to the communities they serve and a culture that's collaborative, agile and refreshingly free of hierarchy. This is a firm that invests in its people and isn't afraid to do things differently. Marketing and business development are taken seriously here. CRM sits at the heart of how they understand and grow client relationships and this hire is central to that ambition.

About the Job This is a pivotal role for someone who wants to own CRM properly, not just maintain it, but genuinely shape how the firm uses data to drive client engagement, marketing campaigns and business development activity. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure the CRM is accurate, insightful and actively used across the business.

Day to day, you'll be managing data quality and governance, building segmentation and reporting, supporting campaign execution, and tracking pipeline activity. You'll also play a key role in training colleagues and embedding best practice across the firm, helping people get real value from the system. There's genuine scope here to improve processes, influence decisions and be seen as the internal authority on CRM.

About the Candidate You'll ideally bring experience with Legal or you'll understand how law firms handle data: the sensitivities, the permissions, the compliance considerations. Beyond the technical, we're looking for a particular type of person: a problem-solver who's driven to fix things and make them better, who doesn't wait to be told, and who brings energy and a positive attitude to everything they do. You'll be analytical and data-driven, but also confident communicating with partners and senior stakeholders in plain language. If you're someone who gets frustrated when things aren't working as well as they could be,  and actually does something about it, you'll fit right in.

You can apply for this role by reaching out to Kerry McFarlane at Nine Twenty Recruitment for a confidential chat, or send your CV via the link. If you meet most but not all of the requirements of this role, we would still love to hear from you.
