Multimedia and Design Executive
Kirkcaldy Full-time, Office-based
£30,000 – £35,000
About the Company This is a well-established, family-run construction business with a strong reputation and a marketing team that takes brand seriously. They produce a wide range of content across digital, print and social, and they're now looking to bring dedicated multimedia and design expertise in-house. It's a collaborative, hands-on environment where your work will have real visibility across the business.
About the Job This is a broad, practical creative role where no two days will look the same. You'll be responsible for producing visual content across the full marketing mix: from social media graphics and email campaigns to photography, video content, point-of-sale materials and sales support assets. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager, sales team and external suppliers to make sure everything that goes out is on-brand, visually strong and commercially useful.
Day to day you'll be shooting and editing photography, creating and editing video content for platforms including TikTok, designing digital and print materials, supporting campaign delivery, and helping maintain brand consistency across every channel. You'll also manage the brand asset library, support website and email updates, and keep an eye on competitor content to bring fresh ideas to the team. There's real variety here and real ownership of the visual output.
About the Candidate You'll have solid graphic design skills across both digital and print, with hands-on experience using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Photography and video creation and editing skills are essential, you need to be as comfortable behind a camera as you are at a desk. You'll be organised, detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple briefs and deadlines without dropping the ball. Confident working with internal teams and external suppliers, open to feedback, and someone who brings a practical, can-do attitude to creative work. A willingness to travel occasionally within the UK for content capture or events is also required.
You can apply for this role via the advert or contact Kerry McFarlane at Nine Twenty Recruitment for more information.
